Our Culinary Arts faculty and students are beyond excited to announce that The Pearl Restaurant will be opening its doors for the Spring 2025 semester on Friday, January 24!

Below, you’ll find information about our lunch service dates and times for this semester.
We will post our menus on this page when we get closer to our opening date.

PLEASE READ before you make your reservation and visit us

While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students. Their education is our priority and we do our best, with limited resources, to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Book online or call (808) 455-0475 for information and reservations (we accept parties of six or less).
Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a reply (our restaurant is closed on weekends).

Fall 2025 SCHEDULE

Lunch Service: September 5 – December 5
We will be accepting reservations for parties of six or less.

  • Lunch service will be from 11:30am – 12:30pm, Wednesday through Friday.
  • The Pearl will be closed on September 18 and 26, October 15 through 31, November 11, 27 and 28.
  • Reservations are limited so don’t miss this opportunity to dine with us! Please call us to book your reservation or visit our website to book an online reservation through OpenTable!
