Submit an Event

Please follow these directions for event submission:

  1. Fill out all required fields (and optional fields when applicable) in the form below. Listings can be edited after submission, and additional fields can be added.
    • “Event Link” field – use this field if you want a direct link to a website outside of Leeward CC, otherwise keep it blank.
    • “More Info” field – adding a url here will create a button on your event listing and you can edit the label for the button in the “more information” field (learn more, register, contact us, etc.).
  2. Attach an event image. This will serve as both the thumbnail in the calendar and the main image for the listing. If you do not have an image, or you need help creating one, email Creative Services. Image dimensions should be 1080 x 1920 px (wide), at 72ppi resolution.
  3. Contact Creative Services if you need additional assistance.

It appears next to the event time on the Single Event Page. You can enter notes such as the timezone name in this field.

Repeating

Custom Days Repeating

Add certain days to event occurrences. If you have a single day event, start and end dates should be the same, If you have a multiple day event, the start and end dates must match the initial date. Read More

The event will finish after certain repeats. For example if you set it to 10, the event will finish after 10 repeats.Read More

Add new days for schedule. For example if your event is multiple days, you can add a different schedule for each day!

Latitude/Longitude

Latitude and Longitude are parameters that represent the coordinates in the geographic coordinate system. You can find your venue's Latitude and Longitude measurments via the link below. Get Latitude and Longitude
