Our Culinary Arts faculty and students are beyond excited to announce that The Pearl Restaurant will be opening its doors for the Spring 2026 semester on Friday, January 23!

Below, you’ll find information about our lunch service dates and times for this semester.
We will post our menus on this page when we get closer to our opening date.

PLEASE READ before you make your reservation and visit us

While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students. Their education is our priority and we do our best, with limited resources, to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a reply (our restaurant is closed on weekends).

Spring 2026 SCHEDULE

Lunch Service: January 23 – May 1
We will be accepting reservations for parties of six or less.

  • Lunch service will be from 11:30am – 12:30pm, Wednesday through Friday.
  • The Pearl will be closed on February 5, 12, 19, the entire month of March, April 3, 10, 17.
  • Reservations are limited so don’t miss this opportunity to dine with us! Please call us to book your reservation or visit our website to book an online reservation through OpenTable!
