COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course provides students with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in professional settings. Through a comprehensive exploration of topics including career planning, financial literacy, communication, leadership, and ethical decision-making, students will develop practical tools to navigate the modern workplace confidently. The course emphasizes actionable strategies for personal and professional growth, equipping participants with the ability to set goals, communicate effectively, foster inclusivity, and lead with integrity. Through practical exercises and projects, students will gain the confidence and skills to excel in diverse business contexts.

This course will be held online only. Classes will meet online every Tuesday & Friday (5:00pm - 7:00pm) from 06/03/2025-07/11/2025. From 07/16/2025-08/22/2025 classes will meet online every Wednesday & Friday (5:00pm - 7:00pm). Classes will also have independent online studies Monday through Friday.
